HOW TO USE

Softly outline the bottom of the brow, joining each hair to the next until you reach the arch. Blend in an upward motion, adding fine strokes to any area that needs it. From the top of the arch, shade in the tail of the brow, building up colour as desired. Apply BrowSetter on its own or as a final touch in your brow routine. Use a small amount and brush through, styling as desired. Brush upwards to achieve a laminated look.
